Prelude to Season Two: Leading Yourself Before Strategy
What if your results changed the moment you stopped proving and started allowing? We mark the close of one chapter and begin a new season built on a simple idea: energy leads and strategy follows. Across this conversation, we unpack how breakdown precedes breakthrough, why certainty in the eventual arrival of clarity reduces suffering, and how a grounded body lets life work through you, not just at you.
We talk about self-recognition as an antidote to the endless chase for validation. Instead of living for applause, we chip away the stories that never fit, like Michelangelo revealing David from stone. That shift frees us to notice the invisible—tiny alignments, subtle boundaries, and the quiet ways our frequency shapes outcomes. You’ll hear how exhaustion points to proving, how control melts into trust, and why the most sustainable growth comes from congruence rather than perfect technique.
A core pivot arrives with giving to give, not giving to get. We explore the discomfort of receiving and the importance of becoming a receptive vessel so generosity can circulate. From there, discernment becomes a daily skill: say yes when it’s a win for you and the other person, and say no when it isn’t. You’ll get a two-minute grounding invocation to reclaim scattered energy, clear what isn’t yours, and set an intention to be a clear channel. Then it’s about following breadcrumbs—small intuitive nudges that lead to outsized, surprising outcomes—while tracking the micro-miracles most people miss.
If you’re ready to lead with frequency, let strategy serve your state, and step out of people pleasing, this one’s for you. Listen, try the invocation, and then tell us what shift you noticed. If this resonated, follow the show, share it with a friend who needs it, and leave a quick review so others can find the work.
Hello, hello, and welcome to this episode. Actually, it's this season. So I have decided that season one is complete. It uh energetically it has completed, and there is a new energy that is ready to be expressed and worked through. So, with all things with me, uh everything is a work in progress. Like there's no magical pinnacle that ever gets reached, but there is always a beginning and there is usually a completion of some kind. Uh, and that is how I live my life. Um, my ex-husband or my uh my son's dad used to say to me, you know, this is how you roll. It's like your life is made up of projects, and it's probably why I loved project management or building so much, is because there's always a beginning, there's always an ending. And you know, this is how I see life is that there is uh uh on a deeper sense, there is like this breakdown of some description uh which leads to a breakthrough. Uh, and then there is you know these challenges that seem very, very difficult. Uh, and then you move through that fire, you walk through that fire, and on the other side is this clarity, and it's like it's illumination, it's just this amazing, amazing clarity. I call it like the miracle. Um, but I probably see the miracle as even the challenge now. I always see my challenges now, because you know, I've worked through so many of them. I do, I do see them even though at the time it's very hard, there's always this little thing in me that says, it's okay, we know that we're gonna move through this, it's not this is temporary, you know that there's gonna be the illumination at the end of it. Uh, and so you know, I I say that to you because if you can hold that in your heart, like that that certainty in your heart that there is going to be an illumination, there is going to be clarity, there is going to be a breakthrough, there is going to be some way to see the pain in a in a form of gratitude, then that helps you to move through the challenge. You know, it helps you to walk through the fire, the pain, the suffering. I think that we suffer because of the way we see the challenge. We feel like I'm speaking for myself here, you know, there there can be this helplessness that takes over, there can be this overwhelm, there can be this this sense of pain, um, you know, like I discomfort, you know, discomfort, frustration, all of those things. You know, it's not like it's not like I don't experience them. I I most certainly do. Um but maybe there's not as much suffering as there used to be, because maybe when I was younger, I probably didn't see the way out as as much as what I I'm it's not like I see the way out either. It's more like I know that there will be a way out. So I I have that certainty that of the clarity that will come. So whether you have seen my work before or whether this is like the first time you've seen me or heard me, um, I'm just gonna give you a little frame of reference that I think is important because you know, I I immerse myself in around a lot of different people and a lot of different age groups and a lot of uh different souls from different walks of life, and everyone has their own story, and everyone has this amazing genius within them, but not everyone sees it, and not everyone and sorry, not everyone sees it for themselves. And I think what I notice is that when we go through life, we want other people to recognize us, we want that external validation, we want people to see us and hear us and feel us and recognize the gifts that we have to bring. And you know, again, this is this suffering that comes when we don't get that recognition or that validation or that um you know that significance that comes from what we feel like we should get, right? And um, you know, as as part of um as part of my life, I have learned to honor that that struggle in our life. So if you're feeling any of that right now, please take a moment to congratulate yourself for feeling it, for experiencing it, for recognizing it, and for honoring it. Like it, like it is the most amazing thing if you can have that self-reflection and that self-acknowledgement to know that that's where you're at, that self-awareness. It is such a powerful place to be because from that place, we're in the right place to go on this journey. Uh, that I want to take us on, you know, where we recognize ourselves, where we recognize um that our energy, the way we bring it in, the way we become a channel, the way we express ourselves, um figuring out our inherent value, uh, or not even figuring it out, owning it, uncovering it, discovering it. Like I'm I want to. This is I have to give you a picture because I think it's much better than me trying to explain it. And I have shared a story about the um the jade and the Chinese, how they uncover the sculpture underneath the jade. And I heard this story again um from Peter Crohn this morning, and he was talking about, you know, everyone said, How did you how did you create the Michelangelo's how he created David? And he said it was David was always in the marble. I was just chipping away at it to uncover it, and I think this is synonymous of our life. Our life is filled with this amazingness, it's filled with this grace, it's filled with um all of these gifts and this genius within us. And sometimes it is buried under a whole lot of crap that we have identified with over our life, you know, whether it be just how we have seen ourselves, how we have taken people's perceptions and words and beliefs, and you know, situations, events, all of the things that have happened to us over our life, we have given or attributed meaning to those things that might not be true. And so, you know, I see my life as this uncovering and just sort of letting go of all of that stuff that actually just doesn't mean anything. You know, we attribute these meanings and we see the evidence, we collect this evidence over our life for it to mean something, and we totally believe it, and it can be true. Like, I don't ever want to tell anyone that it's not true because our evidence procedure is completely true. You know, we things have happened in our life, and the way that we see it is is right, you know. It's it's not that it wasn't, it's just that there was another truth, there's another way to look at it, there is another uh perspective that is more empowering, that uh opens up more of our capabilities, and that's that's what I would like you to that's what I would like to invite you into is looking at the other side, look opening up to a new perspective, a fresh perspective, a one that sees those challenges, events, situations, people, all of the things that have happened in our lives that don't look beautiful, is to shift the perspective into being open and willing to see how those really crappy events can be beautiful, how we can refine them, how we can make meaning out of them, how we can transform them, how we can turn them into something that makes us radiate with love, with uh joy, with devotion, with grace. And it's totally possible, you know. I've spoken with a lady within the last couple of days who has has endured more uh difficult experiences in her life than than I have. Like I have not experienced that level of pain in my life or that that that sense of loss that that she has. And uh the way that she was speaking about it yesterday was really an honor of that, of those things in her life and being really grateful for them because they have refined her, they have made her into this amazing soul and human that she is. And and I think this is this is what life offers us, this opportunity to to have these people in our lives that mirror, you know, either where we're at, because we can't see that in others. We we can't notice that we can't get the full experience of what that means unless we can see it. And so we get to see these beautiful human beings in our life and just go, wow, okay, this is amazing, so good. That you know, um, so so spend a moment to have a look at like better have a look at both sides, like have a look at the the people who show you this amazingness within you, and also have a look at the people that show up that might not show the amazingness within you, and don't be attached to either one, neither makes you a good person or a bad person, you just are. And um, and and this is where we can get to is this level of detachment of what these experiences mean in our life, but just notice them and go, okay, cool, that's interesting. Yeah, that's great. Oh, wow, isn't that great? Um, because when we get to that level of detachment, we can start to see the frequency rather than the humanity. Like our humanity is all about matter, it's all about like results and achievements and accomplishments and all of those things, which are really great. I'm not even gonna dismiss those. Those are fantastic, everyone loves those, but what I uh the journey that we're about to go on is about almost the invisible. It's noticing the invisible and the subtle and the the stuff that nobody else needs to know about. It's actually not about that. Sure, that's going to come about, and I'm I will share a story. Um I will share a story to give this uh so that you understand where we're heading with it. But I also want to invite you into the place where it's like we're gonna go on like this silent adventure. This isn't gonna be this one where we're you know going to tell every single person about all the accomplishments that we've had, or the recognition, or the um uh the results that we've achieved, because this is this is going to be something on that subtle layer, that that subtle plane that not necessarily everyone would understand. Uh, and nobody would find it as important as you do, because on some level it's a self-recognition, it's a self-understanding, and um you can't really explain that stuff, it's not going to be as deep or as powerful to other people because it's something that only you can only you can feel and and you know get because it's your gift, it's your private uh genius. But when we can own that and when we can recognize that for ourselves, it relieves the need for that external validation because inherently we feel it, we experience it, we just know it, and so then we can put ourselves out into the world in this full alignment, and then you just watch how things come together, how people come into your life, how results come about, how solutions come about, all these little micro miracles that happen on a on a daily minute-by-minute basis. Um, and you know, sometimes the way to see how easy and effortless these things can be, is we have to experience what it's like to not have the ease and the effortlessness. And you know, when we find that there is a challenge and there's this and things don't work, it's it's good to have those because it allows us to see, you know, and this was quite a recent thing for me, is that I got into this phase of things were not going to plan, the results were not there. You know, I was experiencing competition, I was experiencing comparison, I was experiencing a lack of self-trust, a lack of uh confidence in my abilities. I I felt like my gosh, what has has happened? And then as a consequence, I started to feel resentful, I started to feel unappreciated, all of the things, and you start to go into that place. Um, and I could see that little you know ebb of my energy and my frequency were not operating at the highest, and therefore I could see all of these things were starting to be affected by that. I was starting to be affected by the external world, so other people's moods were affecting me, other people's lack of doing things were affecting me. Um, you know, somebody else's uh, you know, feeling like this takeover energy type thing that was affecting me. So, you know, I started bringing in all of this other stuff, and therefore my energy was not directing outwards, I was bringing it all in, absorbing all of the crap, and and then that's what was happening. However, you make a decision in a moment to reclaim your energy, reclaim yourself is like, hang on a second. Uh I come in and I have this amazing attitude. I have this, I have this ability to, you know, be the director of energy rather than this absorber. But because I had gone into that unconscious mode of just absorbing rather than directing, well, directing is a bad word, but well, it's not a bad word, it's just not the the word I would like to choose.
SPEAKER_00:The choose the the way I'd like to share it is that we either have life done to us or we allow life to work through us, and there's a subtle difference.
SPEAKER_01:Um, however, the results can be instantaneous, and the results can be um just out of out of worldly, you know, when we allow life to work through us, when we're like, you know, um noticing when things are not working, and you're like, okay, let me just ground my energy for a moment. And you can do this too now if you like. It's like, but if you're driving, maybe don't do this, but it, you know, um, it's really about feeling your feet. Like, where are your feet? What are you doing? Bring consciousness to your body, uh, take a deep breath into your belly. Um, and then you know, there's this little invocation, it doesn't even need to be much, it's like you know, life. Um, I allow you to work through me in the highest and best way. Um, help me to be a pure channel for life or the created energy, or you know, God, or you know, highest self, whatever it is that you feel it connected to, it's like allow that highest frequency to work through you so you become the channel. You're just a channel, you're observing what is happening, you're not really attached to the outcome necessarily, but you allow life to flow through you. It's a very different, and then your energy is literally moving outward. You then become this bubble of um of a frequency, and you know, as I said, I had started to allow people's vibe to affect me. So you see this, uh what I saw was like this um like this bubble, like an invisible balloon, but you know, that kind of uh consistency, so that when I saw somebody's energy trying to push into me, it was like they were bouncing off of it, like you know, it had that it had a tangibility to it, you know, which which it doesn't necessarily, but that that was the visual that I got, which was like it was like this energy trying to come in, but because I was shifting out, it was like creating a boundary, a boundary. I think a boundary is a good word because we will go into boundaries in a in a few of the episodes, but we're not gonna really go into that today. But just notice that this energy goes out, and so you know, you notice straight away how life then just comes to you. You you literally become a magnet of opportunity, of recognition. I think this is the important thing. You see, here's the thing is that when we don't notice ourselves, when we don't give ourselves grace, when we don't recognize our in inner value, when we we don't recognize our intrinsic value and what we bring to the world, we will constantly be searching for that validation, we will become people pleasers, we will start to say yes to things, we will constantly be trying to prove ourselves. This is the exhausting part. So the exhaustion is really just uh a signpost to say, hey, where am I trying too hard here? Where am I really working way too hard to prove myself? Because when we recognize ourselves, when we own that that light within us, and not in a pompous way, not in an arrogant kind of way, just in a like a humble, just centered, grounded, you know, you know, that kind of a way. It's like you will start to see this recognition everywhere. It's like all of a sudden, this people will come out, opportunities will present, people will support you, people will do this, people come to you. You know, like it's just every single area of your life can be affected in an instant by virtue of you letting go of having to control everything, and I say that to you because I love control. You know, it's one of those little uh things in my life. Um, it's like that trust and control, but just notice where you like to control things and where it's like let go of the control and open up to the trust. Yes, I can trust, I can trust myself, I can trust these people, I can trust in life, and when you can trust in life, you'll start to see these things come to you. Uh, and I'm not just talking about one area of your life, I'm talking about you'll start to notice this in everything. Um it's it comes in opportunities, it comes in promotions, it comes in money, it comes in um, as I said, just in that recognition, you know, that appreciation, um, all sorts of things. And and it's just like I think it's funny in a way because we try so hard for for these things. We work so hard, we um we try to prove so much, and yet when we let go of all of that, it just comes in a way that like we could never have fabricated, we could never have manufactured, we could never have made that up. It just comes and I just I laugh because I'm like, well, that was easy. You know, it's it you just it's not like you don't put the effort in. Uh like effortlessness is like a funny word, I think, because the effort is there. You still have to move, you still have to go into the world and put your energy out there. It's just that the the results come in a way that is like, well, I was just I was just doing that. Like I was, I was just in my zone. I was just carrying on with life, and these things come unexpectedly. So that's the effortlessness that I mean. It's like there's this frequency that all you're just like a magnet, this magnet of opportunity, and um, and so that's why I want to put the energy, the frequency out for this new series that it's 80% energy, it's 80% of our frequency is that the 20 is strategy, the 20 is your structure, the 20% is your results, the you know, all of those things that we chase after because I do we do need structure, we totally need strategy, we totally need our North Star, we need to know where we're going, all of the things, but we get so caught up in the structure, we get so caught up in the strategy, we get so caught up in the finite stuff, and that's I look that's looking at it from the opposite way to what we will be looking at from our way. We're gonna look at it from the it's the energy, it's the frequency, it's it's the intangible first. Once we sort that, once we get into that place of uh grounding into our frequency, into our energy, then we create a structure or we fit into a structure, which whatever it's it's not really even it's not even about technique, like sure. I think you could actually have a really crap technique, totally honest with you. I don't, you know, when it comes to a sales technique, I would say that it's not the greatest. Like I see salespeople in uh in their zone and they are amazing, like it's just so um it's just so textbook, you know. You go, wow, that's real genius there. What whereas I just don't do it like that, and it's probably really crap technique. But I'll tell you what I feel about sales is that it's so not about um it's so not about getting it right. That's just not the way that I it it's not about getting something okay. This is what it's about.
SPEAKER_00:It's not about giving to get. In fact, this has got nothing to do with sales, this has got everything to do with life, and about this is the core of what we're going to delve into. Is that there is this way of going through life that is giving to get.
SPEAKER_01:And I think even people us, I'm not gonna say people, I'll put myself in this as well, is that the whole people-pleasing thing is there is a giving to get, so getting recognition, getting thanks, getting appreciation, getting something back. Uh, in a work context is like giving so that we have an expectation that somebody will get give us something. So we give to get. Now that comes from a place of like lack. I don't have something, I need something, I want it from you, you're going to give it to me on some level. Or there is an expectation that if I give, you give me back, right? That is the expectation. It's it's uh unwritten, we don't say it out loud because we would never do that, but essentially think about it, reflect on it, see how truthful that might be for you. And if it's not truthful, then let it go. But if it is truthful, you have an opportunity to get something amazing from this because when we can bring our energy into wholeness and completeness, we give to give.
SPEAKER_00:There's an altruistic essence about that. We give, we give. It it goes out there, it goes out there to be picked up by whomever.
SPEAKER_01:Whomever might pick it up that frequency, whatever it is. So someone may pick it up, someone may never pick it up, but we that's where we go. Now this is gonna be the trickiest part for some, is we then need to hold ourselves open and willing to receive. Because I know that people wear that I don't receive or I can't receive like a badge of honor, and we're gonna have to just rarely drop that. I'm gonna get a little bit firm on that. There's a fire within me that will burn on this one because I hear it all of the time, and it kind of rises a little bit of frustration in me, and I think it's because I probably use it myself. You know, it's like the receiving can be uncomfortable because I have actually received some pretty enormous things this year, some pretty big gifts that make me feel very uncomfortable, like there is an imbalance somewhere. And you think, oh gosh, am I should I be saying yes to that? Is it right? Is it right? And there's this question that comes about, like, the answer is yes. You have to receive everything. Anytime somebody offers a gift to you or gives you something that you feel should I accept that? Yes. Yes, yes, the answer is yes. Because that is an inherent yes, that is the universal yes. That's the universe saying you're giving, you're not giving to get, you are giving to give, but you're not. To think about where the receiving comes from, because the receiving might not come from where you give. That's that's actually there's there's no balance here. We're not talking about balance. What the balance is in your receptivity, your balance is in your energy to receive, to give and to receive, and not to think about the logic, the balance, the the equity, because the equity is also uh the man-made philosophy. And trust me, I'm a I'm a Libra, and so that balance is something that you know is constantly being worked on. It's like, uh, is there balance here? Is this you know, and and I do it. Like I will be the first to admit that I am the balance, right? It's not it's not going to be balance. Your giving may never ever be thanked. You may give in one direction which will never ever be appreciated, and and we cannot ever be upset, resentful, uh, pick out whether that is appropriate or not, because what we're talking about is universal balance. Call it karma, call it whatever you like. It's it's it's I don't think karma is the right word because it kind of means like you did a bad deed and therefore you're gonna get a bad deed back, it's or you do a good deed and you get a good deed back. It's it's not like that. There's still like some kind of balancing in that, but the universal balance is giving, giving, just giving, infinitely giving, and being open and willing to receive. And when the so here's the thing about this whole um giving and receiving thing is when people say that they won't, they don't want to receive, I can't receive, I'm really bad at receiving. Like people actually say this. I'm like, oh my god, you cannot, like, it's just there is the person who says I can't receive, well, then they're the giver, right? So they can't give unless there is a receiver. A person, you know, I can't uh uh there has to be a receiving energy for the person to give, like if we're just talking about tangibility, there has to be a receptive vessel of that of that giving, right?
SPEAKER_00:So that recep receptive vessel allows the giving. And so therefore, you know, if somebody was to give you a gift, you wouldn't like I can't take it, I can't, I can't receive that.
SPEAKER_01:That would be the tangible, right? So if somebody gives a compliment and somebody says, Oh no, no, that's not really me.
SPEAKER_00:It's like you're really handing back a gift and saying, No, I can't take that.
SPEAKER_01:So in order to honor the flow of life, we need both the giving and the receiving, and we can't judge what is too much or too little or too whatever.
SPEAKER_00:That's our humanness coming out, going, I need to have this tangibility around it.
SPEAKER_01:And life is so beautiful, and I tell you, like the the essence of this receiving is so like as I said, there's a discomfort that comes sometimes, especially when something is too big, like you go, Oh, that was that was super big, and our humanness wants to go, but that was too big, uh, and I didn't really do anything for it. I should have done something for it. No, because you kind of did somewhere along the line, you did put out something good, and this is the receiving, and even if it's not even the maybe it's the receiving first for you to give, you know, it's it's it's a circle, it's it's there's no beginning, there's no ending, there's no first, there's no second, there's no um order of it. It just is, and so if we can see that we give, you give, if you can be in that energy of giving, then it's like just open and willing to receive. Like, okay, right, okay, good, because I don't need anything from anyone. I'm whole and complete the way that I am, I don't need anything, but I can receive. And you know what, there's this other thing that happens with these opportunities, is like I don't need anything, I don't need the opportunity. But if an opportunity comes my way, I then have this opportunity to say, do I want that or not? You actually have a choice to say, you know what, that opportunity is wonderful, and thank you for recognizing me in that capacity. But at the moment, that's it's not it's not okay. Like I for me, it doesn't work for me right now. Um, but who's to say that in 12 months' time that changes, that'd be great. Let's pick it up then. You know, and that's a real discernment, and we get to be discerning about where we put our energy. If you if we are gonna go on this journey of understanding our energy and making our energy the the 80%, we need to really start being very discerning about where we put our energy. Which means that we're gonna have to say no to some things. That's another thing that people struggle with is saying no, because I don't know, especially women, you know, we just want to be there for everybody. We want to be the the fixer, we wanna like if somebody can't do it, we can do it. We're like superhuman, but we are so tired and exhausted from being everything to everybody, and then there's the lack of appreciation, which builds the resentment, which makes us frustrated and angry. So I get it. Like, what makes you think I get it? Like, I've totally felt all of those things, and I still do, except now I can see that that does show up, and then that's my responsibility. It's not somebody else's fault that I said yes to something that was not aligned, that I should have had the courage to say no to, or at least had the wherewithal. You know, this is the problem, is that we work so fast. I work so fast, so work so fast, fast, fast, fast, fast, fast, agree to everything, and then go, whoo-hoo, whoo, shouldn't have done that. So when we become less available to people, we actually become alluring, we become exclusive. So all of a sudden, like, hang on a minute, I am valuable, but not everybody's going to get my energy. Not everyone gets to experience our energy. Not everyone gets the yes. Now, the no is not intended to be malicious, it's not intended to be smug, it's not intended to be anything other than hang on a minute, it's discernment. Is this the highest and best way for me to use my energy right now? And we get a moment to reflect on that. We get a moment to say, yes, it is, no, it's not, and you go. You honor it. The thing is, the way that I see it is that if it's not good for me, it's not good for the other person either, right? Like it has to be a win-win. Like, life is about winning for everyone, not just me, not just you. It is like if it's good for me and it's good for you, then it's good for the whole. If it's not good for me and it is good for you, it's not good for the whole. If it's good for me, not good for you, not good for the whole. Win-win. Good for me, good for you. Excellent, let's go. That's the win. That's when magic happens. It's good for me, it's good for you, it's good for the whole. Everything works. That's the effortlessness, that's the that's the energy, that's the 80%. But if we're agreeing to things that we know that we should not be, then you're going to start to notice where that energy will falter. Now, does that mean that there's going to be long lifelong effects of that? No, no. You get a moment in every single moment, you get a chance to bring your energy back, reclaim. Okay, cool. Did I make a good choice there? No, not the best. Okay, can I change it? Sometimes you can, sometimes you can't. Just let it let it roll out. It's always good to um, you know, own if there wasn't a good choice. It's like, hang on a minute, that probably wasn't the best choice in the moment. I know we made that decision. Is it possible? Can we change, or how's the best way to shift this around? You know, we're allowed to do that. We're allowed to be open and transparent about where we're at with things. And when we are open and transparent with things, then we have an opportunity to find a solution that we didn't that didn't exist before. There are no wrong moves, and we've got to stop seeing life like that, like that we did something wrong. We really just need to open up to the fact that even the wrong thing is the right thing, or the wrong thing can be the right thing, or the wrong thing can be made into the right thing. But you know, it's it's it's the way I see it is about making life that's beautiful, like it's turning the shit into something great. Like, for sure, life is gonna throw crap at us, and we have a choice in every moment. Are we going to let that bring us down? Which temporarily it might, and that's okay. We can honor every phase of our life. Like, I think we should honor every phase of like I'm like, I'm the rainbow of emotion. Every single one of them is true, you know. For me, uh the rainbow of emotion, the roller coaster of life. Like it's a bit this is this is the thing, this is the adventure of life, this is the excitement. It's like cool, I get to experience the range. It's like, okay, great. And and that's what honors the journey, that's what honors the experience, you know. It's like, geez, I don't I don't do bungee jumping anymore, don't jump out of a plane anymore. Don't, you know, I don't do all of those crazy things, but there's a there's a craziness of the roller coaster of life, and that's the adventure, and uh that's what makes that scenic route worthwhile. And you know, when we can accept that life is not, we're not we're not guaranteed tomorrow, like being in our energy and understanding it and and being all of the things is it's living in that present moment and being the highest and best version of ourselves in every single moment because we're not guaranteed tomorrow, we're not guaranteed that we're going to live our our life fulfilled at the end when we go, wow, I did just did everything on my bucket list, I did every single thing. It's like no, but would I be satisfied with where I'm at now? You know, am I satisfied with my life as it is now? And I would have to say it's taken a lifetime for me to say it, but yes, yes, I am. I I would be devastated if God came down and said, Hey, time to go. I'd be I would be devastated. I would miss being human, I would miss being a woman, I would miss being a mum, I would miss being all of the things, all of the things that I get to experience in my beautiful life. Um but I have acceptance. I have acceptance that if that was my destiny, then that's my destiny, and that I know that I am a soul first and foremost, and that that this is my vibe, and that's where the next part of the adventure would start. So we went on a journey there. There was a collection of stories shared, you know, this introduction into this new version of where we're going to head, both in terms of the podcast, journey to iconic podcast, and also with the offerings is like really, really understanding that it's the energy, it's the energy first. It is the 80% our frequency and the 20% the strategy, and to really just allow that strategy, the structure, all of those tangible tangibilities to take a back seat for a moment while we own and refine our frequency. So today, this is what I would love to invite you to do. I would love to invite you to if you didn't do it before, but do it now. Like if you can't do it right now because you're driving or doing something else, then pause this here and come back to it when you can. This is gonna be an invocation. This is gonna be like a line in the sand, and it's gonna take like two minutes, so don't stress. It's bringing in that energy of you. So feel your feet on the ground, feel your feet, like really bring that sense of grounding to your body. Feel your feet, even better if you can go onto some cold grass. That would be amazing. And if you can't, maybe just imagine your feet on this. You know that really luxurious grass, you know that fine stuff, and yeah, it's it's gorgeous grass, so it's thick.
SPEAKER_00:Feel your feet on there, bring breath to your belly. That's it. A nice deep breath into your belly.
SPEAKER_01:And I want you to just bring all your energy back, you know, just even if you can't visualize it, just get a sense of like I'm I'm inviting all of my energy that's stuck in people, places, things, uh, dimensions, space, time, wherever. Like just bring it back. You're bringing all of your energy back, and you're just bringing it back clean, clear, harmonized, energized, loved, all of the things, just clear, bringing it back clean, clear. And you're just imagining this coming back into your heart. It's white, like the frequency is clear and clean, it's pure, it's coming back into you, right? And now the next part is we're just gonna really just let go, let go of all of the other energy, everyone else's energy that's stuck, it's like just places, people, things, events, all of the things, just send it all back clean, clear, purified, harmonized, loved, loving, all of the things. Just send it back, send it back, send it back, send it back. Now you're clearing up your channel, you're becoming a clear channel of life for life to work through you. And now we're just gonna send a little invocation out to say to whatever it is, it's your higher self, it's the grace, it's God, it's our whatever, whatever, whatever, higher self, just life. May it be a pure channel for you to work through, and I honor and trust that I am now that channel, and I will go where the energy takes me.
SPEAKER_00:And thank you. Thank you for trusting me to be a channel to work through. And just trust, you know. I always say it's like follow the breadcrumbs.
SPEAKER_01:Something gets dropped, you pick it up and you go to the next thing, to the next thing. It's your intuition, whatever it is, you know. Just allow yourself to to move through life, not think through life, move through life gently, swiftly, however, you know, kindly, lovingly, and just see what happens. Like, write it down, all of the little things that maybe nobody else notices. Doesn't matter. This is for you. These are all gonna be the little priceless gifts that you get throughout this day, and um write them down, remember them, feel grateful for them. You know, if there's somebody you want to reach out to and say thanks, do that. If there's somebody you want to reach out to and have a conversation with, do that. You know, just go where those little intuitive nudges go come from and just follow them and just see what what trying like this is just gonna be one big experiment.
SPEAKER_00:And you know, just know that the day will be filled with so much more than you could ever have anticipated or expected. So, with that, I wish you the most magnificent day, night, morning.
SPEAKER_01:And uh I hope that uh this is giving you a different perspective to look at a couple of things, and even if it's just an awareness of like, yes, I've heard this all before, but somehow that landed differently today. Like, just you know, whatever. Is this not groundbreaking stuff? This is just hopefully the right time, the right place for it to just land in the way that you needed to hear it. And I love you, and I look forward to seeing you on the next one.
SPEAKER_00:Have a good one, bye bye.
